In each module you will find:
- Presentation of a theoretical part, where you will learn and understand the benefits and reasoning behind the practices
- Video guidance with meditations and practices which you can follow together with me, in your own house/bedroom
- Each lesson is about between 60-90mins long, you can follow them step by step at your own pace
- We always start with opening short mediation and finishing with grounding practice
